We seek a proficient and seasoned Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic company! As an Implementation Consultant, you will spearhead the seamless onboarding of new clients and oversee the integration of their existing financial products and client base.

Our platform has been meticulously designed to empower our clients, enabling them to deliver intelligent products tailored for both conventional and alternative financial markets.


Your Role


Upon client onboarding, a typical scenario involves handling a database containing various financial elements such as products, client details, balances, transactions, administrative records, and reports. These data require meticulous analysis, mapping, extraction, and integration into the new Fininly database. Given the sensitive and confidential nature of this process, utmost caution, attention to detail, and reliable execution are imperative. In essence, precision is paramount as any errors could impact client financial balances.


As our Implementation Consultant, your responsibilities include:


  • Managing information analysis and implementation activities, encompassing time commitments, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Evaluating and suggesting improvements to implementation management processes.
  • Ensuring all project documentation remains current and accurate.
  • Providing prompt feedback to relevant internal and external teams.
  • Liaising with all stakeholders involved in the implementation process.
  • Cultivating client relationships and establishing credibility.
  • Addressing client concerns and ensuring swift issue resolution.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s /Masters Degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and implementation.
  • Proficiency in databases, database query language, and agile workflows.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Effective multitasking capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking aptitude.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure.

  • You can communicate in German and/or French.


Our offer


  • An excellent salary as of €4,000 - €4,500 based on your experience (40 hours).
