About Fininly

At Fininly – a fintech startup, we are committed to harnessing the power of technology to revolutionise the financial sector. We are a white-label SaaS solution used by financial institutions to offer products to their customers. The entire process, from product creation to deployment via web or app, is facilitated by the Fininly platform. Currently, real estate crowd-lending is offered as a product. However, in the near future, products such as investment funds, pension administration, and banking services will be added.

Your Role

As our Product Owner Business and Information, you will ensure the successful implementation of the product offerings on our platform. You are responsible for the setup and implementation of products and the optimisation of supporting information systems.

You will identify the needs and requirements of the business owner and systematically prepare the specifications and processes, which you then coordinate with the development team. You will think beyond the boundaries of your role, communicate with stakeholders, and advise on the implications of requirements and desires. You will use use-cases, user-stories, data models, process models, and user manuals.

An interesting aspect is that the creation of products on our platform will gradually be taken over by AI, which you will consider from the start.

You have a keen eye and are solution-oriented. By motivating others, you can clearly steer towards successful implementation. You are proactive and a true team player. You can effectively liaise with both the business and the developers.

The job requirements

• A relevant higher education degree (HBO or WO) in Informatics, Information Science, or a Business-related field
• Minimal 3 years of work experience in a similar role within an ICT environment as a Business/Information Analyst or in similar roles such as Functional Designer or Business Process Analyst
• Experience with development in Scrum methodology and working in an Agile team
• Experience in preparing use cases and user stories
• Experience and knowledge of financial products and the financial landscape
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English

Bonus Points

• You have (some) experience with data engineering and AI

• An excellent salary of €4,000 - €5,000 based on 40 hours.
